What I collect

When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you enter: your name, phone number, email, property address (for home value requests), what you're looking for, timeline, areas of interest and any message, plus the page you submitted it from and whether you checked the consent boxes. The site's host (Netlify) also keeps standard server logs, like IP address and browser type, for security. This site doesn't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How I use it

To reply to your inquiry and help with buying, selling, renting or moving to the Chattanooga area.
If you agreed to calls and texts, to contact you by phone and text message about your inquiry, homes, listings and market updates.
If you agreed to emails, to send listings and market updates. Every email has a way to unsubscribe.
To keep records required for real estate licensing and compliance.

Who I share it with

I don't sell your information. I may share it with service providers that help me run this site and my business (for example web hosting, email and spreadsheets), with my brokerage, Keller Williams Greater Downtown, as required for licensing and compliance, and with others only if you ask me to (for example a lender or another agent you want to be connected with) or if the law requires it.

Mobile information and text messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging terms

Program: Text messages from Zach Fitch (Keller Williams Greater Downtown) about your real estate inquiry, homes, listings and market updates.
How you join: by checking the call and text consent box on a form on this site, or by texting me first.
Frequency: varies based on your inquiry.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time and you'll get one confirmation message and no further texts. You can also reply UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL, or just tell me to stop.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Your choices

You can ask me to update or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time by emailing zach@zachfitch.com. I keep records only as long as I need them for the purposes above or as required by law.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If I update this policy, I'll change the date at the top of this page.
